• We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only)
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping policies are as follows:

• Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi for orders placed before 2 PM
• Nationwide delivery typically takes 1-4 business days depending on location
• Free delivery on orders over Ksh 5,000 within Nairobi
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
• Sale items and personalized products are final sale unless defective
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
• Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility unless the item is defective

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of BEe Unique Baby Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not:
